■ Animals are not accepted.
■ Towels and bedclothes are not provided.

■ Cleaning at the end of the stay: 125 € will be deducted directly from the deposit (as long as the villa is left

in reasonable condition – otherwise the estimated supplementary cleaning cost will be billed to you at 20 € per hour).

■ Bakery, restaurant and bar with terrace in the village.

■ A large market is held in Bagnols-sur-Cèze (8 km) on Wednesday mornings.

■ A smaller but very comprehensive Provençal market, friendly and easier to reach, is held in Goudargues,

also on Wednesday mornings.

■ Market of traditional regional crafts and local produce in Uzès (30 km) on Saturday mornings.
■ Good market in Pont-Saint-Esprit (12 km) on Saturday mornings.
■ Supermarkets in Bagnols-sur-Cèze and Pont-Saint-Esprit (Open on Sunday mornings).

■ Stays are always arranged from Saturday (arrival between 6 and 7 pm) to Saturday (departure before 10 am).
■ A deposit of 30% is payable upon reservation. This deposit is not refundable. However, if of withdrawal, if we can

re-rent the villa, this deposit will be refunded but subject to a lower rental value.

■ The deposit of € 500 is payable at the same bank account that your reservation no later than 30 days

before the start date of stay at the same time as the balance of the reservation.

(This deposit will be refunded within 7 days by bank transfer).
