■ Animals are not accepted.
■ Towels and bedclothes are not provided.

■ Cleaning at the end of the stay: 100 € will be deducted directly from the deposit (as long as the villa is left

in reasonable condition – otherwise the estimated supplementary cleaning cost will be billed to you at 20 € per hour).

■ Deposit payable on arrival, in cash : 500 €.

(This pledge will be restored to you, also in cash, at the time of your departure by taking into account

the paragraph which precedes.)

■ Bakery, restaurant and bar with terrace in the village.
■ Small-scale local producers (delicatessen, butcher, cheese maker etc.) sell their produce

in the village square on certain days during the week.

■ A large market is held in Bagnols-sur-Cèze (8 km) on Wednesday mornings.

■ A smaller but very comprehensive Provençal market, friendly and easier to reach, is held in Goudargues,

also on Wednesday mornings.

■ Market of traditional regional crafts and local produce in Uzès (30 km) on Saturday mornings.
■ Good market in Pont-Saint-Esprit (12 km) on Saturday mornings.
■ Supermarkets in Bagnols-sur-Cèze and Pont-Saint-Esprit (Open on Sunday mornings).

■ Stays are always arranged from Saturday (arrival between 6 and 7 pm) to Saturday (departure before 10 am).
■ A deposit of 30% is payable upon reservation.

■ The balance should be paid 30 days before your arrival at the latest.
